Hydraulic Oil Filter Instruction:
1, Hydraulic oil filter is used in the hydraulic system to filter the solid particles and gelatinous substances in the working medium, which can effectively control the pollution degree of the working medium, protect the safe operation of the machine, and extend the life of the machine.
2, Under normal circumstances, the replacement cycle of the hydraulic oil suction filter is replaced every 2000 hours of work, and the replacement cycle of the hydraulic oil return filter is replaced for the first 250 hours of work, and then replaced every 500 hours of work.
3, If the working environment is harsh, replacing the filter element too frequently will affect the production, it is recommended to regularly extract hydraulic oil samples to test the cleanliness of the liquid, and then determine a more reasonable replacement cycle.
Hydraulic oil filter replacement attentions:
1, Firstly, put out the original hydraulic oil in the box, check the return oil filter, oil suction filter and pilot filter three kinds of hydraulic oil filter, see whether there is iron filings copper filings or other impurities, if there is, there may be hydraulic component failure, need to be repaired and eliminated, clean the system, and then replace;
2. When replacing hydraulic oil, all hydraulic oil filters (return oil filter, oil suction filter, pilot filter) must be replaced at the same time, otherwise it is equivalent to no replacement; Different labels, different brands of hydraulic oil do not mix, because this may cause the hydraulic oil filter reaction metamorphism to produce flocculent;
3, Before refueling must install the hydraulic oil filter (oil suction filter) first, the hydraulic oil filter cover the pipe mouth directly to the main pump, into the impurities light will accelerate the main pump wear, heavy pump;
4, After the oil is added, pay attention to the main pump to exhaust air, otherwise the light is temporarily no action of the whole car, the main pump abnormal sound (air sonic boom), the heavy air pocket damage the hydraulic pump. The method of exhaust air is to loosen the pipe joint directly at the top of the main pump and fill it directly. Regularly do the oil test, the hydraulic filter element is a consumable product, usually need to be replaced immediately after plugging;
5, Pay attention to the system fuel tank and pipeline wash clean, refueling should be through the fuel device with filter. Do not let the oil in the tank directly contact with the air, and do not mix the old and new oil, which is helpful to extend the service life of the filter element.
