Precautions for replacing hydraulic oil filter:

1. Firstly, drain the existing hydraulic oil from the box, check the three types of hydraulic oil filters: return oil filter, suction oil filter, and pilot filter, to see if there are iron shavings, copper shavings, or other impurities. If there are, it may be a hydraulic component malfunction that needs to be repaired and eliminated, the system cleaned, and then replaced;
When replacing hydraulic oil, all hydraulic oil filters (return oil filter, suction oil filter, pilot filter) must be replaced at the same time, otherwise it is equivalent to not replacing; Different labels and brands of hydraulic oil cannot be mixed, as this may cause the hydraulic oil filter to react and deteriorate, resulting in the production of flocculants;
3. Before refueling, it is necessary to install a hydraulic oil filter (suction filter). Cover the hydraulic oil filter at the pipe opening and directly lead to the main pump. Light impurities entering will accelerate the wear of the main pump and increase its weight;
4. After refueling, pay attention to the exhaust of the main pump, otherwise the light will temporarily not work, and the whole vehicle will make a strange noise (air explosion) from the main pump, and the heavy air bag will damage the hydraulic pump. The method of exhaust is to directly loosen the pipe joint at the top of the main pump and then fill it directly. Regularly conduct oil testing, hydraulic filter is a consumable item that usually needs to be replaced immediately after blockage;
5. Pay attention to cleaning the system fuel tank and pipelines thoroughly. When refueling, the fuel device should be equipped with a filter. Do not let the oil in the tank come into direct contact with the air, and do not mix old and new oil, as this helps to extend the service life of the filter element.
